Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Cancellations require a 24-hour notice to avoid full payment and changes for transfers need to be at least 4 hours prior to pick-up time. Reservations booked for three (3) hours or greater are non-refundable 24 hours prior to contract start time and will be billed 100 percent of the estimated trip total.
Wait Policy
Local pick-ups and airport arrivals:
Lost items will be recovered at the owners` expense with limited exceptions.
Please call immediately if you discover you left something behind.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted without the presentation of a banquet permit which can be purchased at a local liquor store. And must be presented to your driver. Exceptions can be made with written consent to take full responsibility for any actions or damage that may occur as a result of your consumption. We will not allow a booking from anyone who appears to be drunk or inebriated.
Nonsmoking absolutely no smoking in any of our vehicles or within 25 feet thereof. Damages to vehicles must and will be covered 100 % at the cost of client. Which includes broken or damaged locks, door handles, windows, seats, carpet or regurgitation.
Vulgarness and loudness that is disruptive and presents a safety Hazzard will result in immediate termination of your trip and you will be responsible for getting to your destination at your own expense.
Pet fees there is a $10 fee for small dogs and $25 fee for large dogs to cover any hair loss that may be left in the vehicle and to restore vehicle for those who may have any allergic reactions.
There is no charge if dog is in a carry bag or cage.
Minors must have parental consent to be transported no exceptions, we reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
Car seat fee is $10 booster seat is $5 infants and kids under the age of 14 teens must be with a traveling adult.
Any booking with us is done through your consent and agreement with these conditions.
